"At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each one of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us."
Experience the pure unlimited power of intense appreciation. high praise. the true magnificence of pure gratitude.
Gratitude = love in concentrate form
Gratitude: the one constant that changes everything. Appreciate everything, in every moment. The more gratitude you feel, and the more intensely you experience it, the more gratitude transforms your life and experience.
Appreciation is palpable. Not only does appreciation directly benefit you and your life, whoever and whatever you appreciate is transformed by your continual thankfulness. Appreciation is love in concentrate form. Make gratitude your default attention and focus.
You can always find something to appreciate, even in the most dire circumstances. In fact, when you are in extremely challenging life events, this is often the time you begin to notice exactly what you need and what you appreciate the most. When you realize the pure power of simply being thankful at these times, your life changes.
What you appreciate increases. Appreciation, because it is one of the most focused forms of love is highly magnetic and powerful. What you love, what you are deeply thankful for becomes more anchored in your experience, due to the sheer power of your attention and focus.
It’s easier to remain focused on what you naturally love and what uplifts and inspires you. When you make this your emotional baseline, even the most difficult things can’t throw you as easily. You are stronger and resilient. You have a much stronger sense of who you are and what you want.
The most powerful thing you can do is appreciate yourself. Unconditionally and without limit.
You don’t need to look outside yourself to experience the true depth and power of gratitude, in truth, the more intensely you love and appreciate who you are, the more you can love others. Consider it as your airplane oxygen mask..you have to put yours on before you attempt to help others.
Einstein: "A hundred times every day I remind myself that my inner and outer life depend on the labors of other men, living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the same measure as I have received and am still receiving."
Recently I have been privileged to experience such kindness, from friends and strangers alike that I have been humbled to experience the power of appreciation at a whole new level. Being self sufficient and priding myself on not needing help, its difficult for me to accept the care of others. As women, we are so awesome at caring for others, but allowing others to take care of us is often a very different story. This week I had no choice, and now I realize the invaluable lesson of letting go and accepting, with love whatever life brings.
It is with the deepest gratitude that I thank each and everyone who has helped, supported, been there for me this week. It’s been one of the most difficult times of my life, and your presence has given me such inspiration and moved me so deeply, I hardly know what to say except Thank you.
Unlimited love and gratitude,
Thank you so for sharing this and adding more gratitude to the world.
