Intensity is the key to who you are

Living intensely creates a sense of implicit self trust. This is how you accelerate your development {which is really just being yourself 100%} Intense experience burns through all doubt: when you let yourself experience anything this strongly its kind of impossible to have doubt any more.

The experience of intensity comes when you are totally being you. Intensity marks this experience, writes itself all over it.

You simply know.

Hold your own. Be yourself 100% consistently so you know who you are no matter what situation you are in. How else are you going to trust yourself?

It takes courage. It takes strength. Allow these to develop + grow stronger with experience.

Intensity is how you fully inhabit each moment.

Intensity is pure fire, pure desire. It burns through all your limiting patterns. This is its purpose.

Allow yourself to release any intense emotions {any self doubt or self value issues that arise at this time} that pull you out of being yourself. Whatever these limiting ideas, beliefs or patterns are, simply realize that you are so much more than all of this and hold strong to this truth. This is holding your own. YOU are so powerful. Experience this.

Intensity is being totally connected to your source – the source of all your creative energy + impulse – whatever this is experientially for you. Intensity is the acute awareness AND experience of this connection. Intensity is allowing this energy to come right through you. You get out of the way this much. You stay humble.

Observe the wonders as they occur around you.
Don’t claim them. Feel the artistry moving through and be silent.
