Fall head over heels with your life AND body {why this is one epic hot love affair you can’t live without}

Here’s what's happening:

In the next few weeks I am going to share some innovative, fun ways you can change the way you think + FEEL about your body like you never imagined possible.

I'm so excited to announce that you get to experience the breakthrough expertise of Nichole Kellerman, lifestyle + Fitness Coach extraordinaire when you join us in our video soiree, getting up close + personal on how thinking dramatically affects the way our bodies look.

We are going to share personal experiences, body intuition + body language so you not only find your favorite physical passion easily, you can sculpt your body exactly how you want AND on your terms.

Your body is your most intimate work of art

“The body speaks its mind,” Stanley Keleman notes on the body-mind connection.

The trick is to learn its language.

Your participation in the conversation is so welcome {+ necessary} Let us know what you want to hear about.  When women openly share their insights with each other, we are all empowered + enriched by this experience. If you want to open this up on your blog or Facebook page, be sure to add the link in the comments below so we can all check out what fun is happening over there, too.

This Friday be sure to read Otiti’s guest post here on Premakarini.com. Otiti’s passion for writing + conscious living is palpable and incredibly empowering as many of you already know from Facebook + Twitter, so I'm excited she is going to be joining us here on Friday and sharing her enlightening insights + experiences with us.

And now, let’s start with where we ultimately want to end up: let's fall in love…

Think of the last time you were head over heels in love. You felt amazing, right?

Now reenter this feeling, embody it now. {close your eyes, go back in time, picture the exact events in your mind, whatever puts you back there}

You feel invincible, irresistible. ON

You feel super sexy. Cool. Hot.

Food tastes better. Colors brighter. Everything, a reason to smile.

You feel beautiful. No question. You love your body. Exactly the way it is. It’s part of this magical adventure.

You can be this in love. All the time. It just takes neural rewiring. You don’t need a special someone to experience being in love. And then, when they are with you, sharing in this, it’s everything.

Then you can’t help falling in love over + over again, and more deeply each time.

> Explore how deeply you can be in love <

How in love are you with the way you look? Be honest. This is the perfect time to see where you are at with your body so you can begin to relate more consciously with your body, AND also with yourself.

Use the raw emotion of deeply being in love {including the inevitable feeling of heartache} to fully access, and embody your authentic self.

As Barbara Cook, one of our most authentic artists observes: “We put on a fake cloak because we think that’s what’s needed. What we really want is you. Take off your emotional clothes and be naked. It’s scary. But this is where safety lies. The core place. If we can sing, dance, paint from that place, we cannot be wrong.”

How you love one thing is how you love another.

If you cannot fully love your own body what is this saying about your capacity to love?

Experience the deep awe + respect for your body through doing what you passionately love.

For me this is dance right now. When I dance I am continually amazed at what my body can actually do when I let it spontaneously move + intuitively act. The trick, I have found, is to follow your bliss from moment to moment: how your bliss wants to play varies.

It’s when you love the creative process itself, when you stay curious + play with possibility, with the only focus on having fun.

Think:

What makes me ridiculously happy?

What is too much fun?

What do I adore doing most + why?

What do I have to drag myself away from doing after hours + hours of fun?

"Doing what you love raises your frequency, empowers your presence + ignites more impact than you can imagine."

Committing to only doing what you love and living your passions fully is the greatest contribution you can ever share.

Thank you for all the love + support + for sharing in the experience of The Love Manifesto with me. It is getting quite the response thanks to all of you. Its getting expanded, also: even more love - available soon.

Much love,

Premakarini xo

    YES. I’m excited about this! It’s so important to love who you are and how you look. If you don’t love it, change it!! But I guess the more important question is, WHY wouldn’t you love your body? Societal perception? An unhealthy emphasis on the “perfect” figure? This is something I struggle with sometimes so it’s a big deal for me. I know I’m not the only one. Thank you, Nichole and Premakarini, for this beautiful reminder to love ourselves inside and out. 🙂

  2. Deborah says:

    Whenever I fall in love with someone healthy for me, I lose weight. Naturally. It just disappears without any effort at all. Then it comes back when I am alone. And if I connect with someone who is unhealthy for me, I gain even more weight than usual. I want to learn how to love myself so much that I lose the weight naturally myself. How can I love myself this much? My first response to myself is to practice. And I do, but I feel like I must be missing something….. I do not want to need someone else to find me lovable to feel lovable, but sometimes I do. This has been a part of my conscious process for at least 10 years now & I am really ready to see what I need to do to make this shift.

    I am deeply grateful for this blog post to open this beautiful journey for all of us. I plan to join you for future posts to see where we all can go together. So beautiful to share with you!

    Love,
    D~

    Deborah!
    Thank you for adding so much to this conversation!
    So happy that you shared your experience of how your weight varies. This is so common, and has been my experience too, and I suspect many are awakening now to this realization. Relationships are such a mirror for us, its hard not to be affected by them. My intention for this blog series is to explore this in more depth and empower us to experience being in love with or without a significant other, and regardless of where we are at physically. In my experience when we consciously do this, then our relationships cannot help but be amazing as they are truly meant to be: mirroring back to us this level of love.
    I know that Nichole has experienced much success in helping women to feel good now, even if they not at their ideal weight or fitness level, and just as you experienced: the weight disappears naturally. Recently I have made a pact with myself to love my body no matter what: extra weight and all + the same thing is happening + guess what my guy keeps telling me I have never looked better! What I am seeing is when we love consciously anything is possible. Its time to really explore just what we can really do!
    So happy that you are here.
    Love,

    You share some powerful points. We have all struggled with this. There is immense societal pressure on us to achieve some unnatural image that is held up as ideal, and even though we know all too well that these are only digitally possible, we are still affected to some degree. For years I tried to attain this, and even when I was at that weight all I heard was “You need to gain weight. You looked better before.” You can’t win. What I am learning these days is the more you focus on love, you come into a natural balance with life + this shows through your body immediately. The body is a great mirror for how we really feel about ourselves + our life. Love catalyzes powerful transformation both inside + out: you can have the health + appearance that you want, that this is actually how it’s supposed to be, but you have to start with love first, instead of trying to force the body to look at certain way through external means {trust me: I have tried, it doesn’t work! lol!}

  5. You totally hit the nail on the head Otiti. It has so much to do with the under lying issue…why don’t you feel you are worthy enough of your love!

    Society has so much to do with it.

    Premakarini and I will be sure to discuss this! 🙂

  6. Deborah, first off you need to give yourself a HUGE hug for even being willing to see this reality.

    So many women go through life feeling this exact same way but never actually see it in this hind sight perspective (because, well…it hurts). This is truly the first step to changing it. Awareness is KEY!

    The tools from here are the easy part ;). Thanks so much for bringing this up, we will be sure to address this soon!
